That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the 2 petitioner strictly in accordance with Clause 3 (3) of the State Government policy dated 10.06.2025, and to accord preferential consideration to the petitioner in the counseling process. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly direct the respondents to conduct fresh counseling for the post of Hostel Superintendent, Category – C, strictly in accordance with the policy dated 10.06.2025, and to issue consequential posting orders in favour of the petitioner at Bilaspur; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage on the ground that the petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
