This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Saddam Dewan, apprehending his arrest by the police from Kayakuchi Out Post under Barpeta Page No.# 2/2 Police Station. 3. Mr. Sarma, learned APP submitted that a report from Kayakuchi Out Post under Barpeta Police Station is received wherefrom it is seen that till date no case has been registered against the present petitioner in the said police station. 4. In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application is disposed of. 5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against him. 6.
