An adjournment is sought on behalf of the writ petitioners at the time of call. 2. We find from the order dated January 19, 2026 that a last chance was given therein to the petitioners to move the matter, since none had appeared on the said occasion as well. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners seeks to impress upon us that he is appearing on change. 4. However, fact remains that even as per the submission of learned counsel, no copy of the writ petition has yet been served on the respondents, although the writ petition was filed long back, in the month of December, 2025. 5. Furthermore, whether there was change or not in legal representation, fact remains that it is the writ petitioners who have been negligent in conducting the matter. 2 6. Since we had already granted to the petitioners a last chance, there is no scope of further grant of accommodation. 7. Accordingly, WPLRT No. 215 of 2025 is dismissed for default. 8.
