According to the applicants, the name of the fifth applicant/petitioner is “Kanaga”, but it was erroneously mentioned as “Kannagi” in the said order. It is submitted that the said mistake is purely typographical error in nature and requires rectification. Hence, the present amendment petition has been filed. 3. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners and perused the records. 4. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, and on perusal of the records, it is seen that the name of the fifth applicant/petitioner was wrongly mentioned as “Kannagi” instead of “Kanaga” in the said order dated 15.12.2025 passed in A.No.6138 of 2025. Accordingly, this amendment application is allowed as prayed for. 6.
