By our previous order dated 01.04.2026, the prayer made in the Writ Petition was found to have been rendered infructuous. However, in respect of other larger issues, which were being examined, we directed the Office to register a separate PIL. 5. Accordingly, Office shall mention in its record that the proceedings of the instant writ petition stood closed by order dated 01.04.2026. 6.
