It is submitted on behalf of WBSEDCL that no copy of such representation is received till date. However, if any such representation is received, the respondent no. 3 would dispose of the same in accordance with law. In view of the above, WPA 26300 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondent no. 3 within a week from date. If such representation is received, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the interested parties and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law. 2 It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law.
