Mr. Radhasyam Maiti … for the petitioner Mr. Tauhid Khan … for the State Mr. Debjit Mukherjee … for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 27th August, 2025 for removal of an electrical connection over the land belonging to the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of WBSEDCL that no copy of such representation is received till date. However, if any such representation is received, the respondent no. 3 would dispose of the same in accordance with law. In view of the above, WPA 26300 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondent no. 3 within a week from date. If such representation is received, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the interested parties and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law. 2 It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law.
