Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR dated 30.05.2026 registered as FIR No. 221 of 2026, under Section 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned within a month from today.
