JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed with a prayer to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk, to consider the representation at Annexure-K given to the Tahsildar on 23.01.2025. It is the contention of the petitioners that they have succeeded to the estate of Smt.Honamma in whose name the RTC presently stands in respect of 1 acre 32 guntas in Survey No.18/3 of Gundenahall Village, Thyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk and therefore, they are requesting the Tahsildar to enter their names in the RTC while mutating the name of Smt.Honnamma. However, it is found that the names of Sri.Nagaraju, Sri Gangahanumaiah and Sri.Hanumantharaju have already been entered in the RTC pursuant to the mutation order bearing M.R.No.H18 of 2018-2019 dated 10.12.2018. If that is the position, the petitioners will have to raise a challenge to the mutation order by filing an appeal before the Assistant - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12858 WP No. 4945 of 2025 Commissioner under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
