The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent-Authorities in not considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 27.04.2026 and consequently, failing to re-deploy the Petitioner in a conventional Government Medical College, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner is presently working as Assistant Director (Administration) and was posted to work at Government Medical College, Madanapalle. While so, the State Government issued G.O.Rt.No.847, HM & FW (H2) Department, dated 02.12.2025 introducing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for development and management of newly established Government Medical Colleges, including the medical college located at Madanapalle, where the Petitioner is working. 3. As the Petitioner is due to be retired on 30.06.2029, he submitted a representation for posting him in a regular medical college, where there are vacancies. As the representation given by him is not being considered, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the representation given by the Petitioner would be examined and an appropriate decision would be communicated to him. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to examine the representation, dated 27.04.2026 given by the Petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
