The learned counsel for the JPSC has submitted that the concurrence for promotion has been declined vide order dated 10.03.2006 placed on record as Annexure – C to the show cause filed 2026:JHHC:11143 2 by opposite party nos.2 to 4. He submits that on account of aforesaid, nothing survives in this case. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding, which is hereby dropped. 5. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents including order dated 10.03.2026, it will be open to the petitioner to take steps as may be permissible under law. 6.
