The petitioner had given a representation on 26.11.2023 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 9398 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if respondents 1 to 3 are directed to demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also any other party whom they deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, respondents 1 to 3 shall demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
