It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that this Court, while allowing the appeal in Crl.A.No.140 of 2026, vide order dated 19.02.2026, imposed a condition directing the petitioner/appellant to reside at Chennai and report before the Royapettah Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., except on the hearing dates before the trial Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the said condition from 19.02.2026 without fail and that he is the sole breadwinner of his family. It is also submitted that the petitioner is working as a Junior Engineer in a private company and he is not able to go for his work. Hence, he prayed to relax the said condition. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and now the case has 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.No.7020 of 2026 been taken up by the trial Court and posted to 28.04.2026 for appearance of the accused. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and upon perusal of the materials available on record and also taking note of the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition at paragraph 9 (ii) imposed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, the condition at paragraph 9(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.140 of 2026 vide order dated 19.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial Court on 28.04.2026 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date(s) fixed by the learned trial Judge. 6.
