Ms.Semmichon, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed MC (WP(C)) No.548 of 2026 for impleading Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) in WP(C) No.519 of 2026. It is submitted that MPSC is necessary party in the writ petition. However, due to inadvertence MPSC was not made a party and she prays for impleading MPSC as party and impleading MPSC will not change the nature of writ petition and it will facilitate in disposing the writ petition. Mr.S.Niranjan, learned Government Advocate submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. This Court has considered the materials on record and is of the view that MPSC is a necessary party. Accordingly, application is allowed. MPSC is impleaded as respondent No.5 in WP(C) No.519 of 2026. MC (WP(C)) No.548 of 2026. Issue Notice to the newly impleaded respondent No.5. Petitioner to take steps for service on respondent No.5 by Speed Post within one week and file proof of service. List on 21.8.2026.
