Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue order or direction, to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court Mathura to decide the Case No. 183 of 2025 (Smt. Sanju Kumari Vs. Veerpal Singh) pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court Mathura arising out of proceeding Under Section 144 of B.N.S.S. Police Station - Mahavan, District Mathura since 4.3.2025 expeditiously within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is wife. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura to decide the Case No. 183 of 2025 (Smt. Sanju Kumari Vs. Veerpal Singh) under Section 144 of B.N.S.S. Police Station - Mahavan, District Mathura within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
