By this application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, the petitioner, Sahab Singh, who is facing trial in connection with NDPS Case No. 18/2026, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Karbi Anglong, has prayed for release on bail. Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Nawaz has submitted that only 1 (one) prosecution witness has been examined in this case. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was recovered from some other persons. Considering entire aspect of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that let the Trial Court examine at least 4 (four) prosecution witnesses in this case and thereafter, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again.
