Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CMP No.31645 of 2025 This application is allowed and the documents appended therewith are ordered to be taken on record. The application stands disposed of. CWP No.1702 of 2021 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to pay arrears of pay to the petitioner w.e.f. 31.12.2007 till 23.8.2016 after fixing his pay w.e.f. 1.1.2003 with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority concerned afresh in light of the judgments that have been appended with the miscellaneous application, which stands decided 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:4949-DB today. 4. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that it may be reflected in the order that the State does not concedes to the facts of the case of the petitioner being covered by the judgments appended with the application. 5. Be that as it may, without making any merit on the merit of the issue, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Authority concerned afresh on the issues raised in the petition. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same be decided in light of the averments and judgments, if any, within a period of 12 weeks as from the date of receipt thereof.
