This is civil transfer application filed by the applicant/wife seeking transfer of Case No.86 of 2024 “Pradyuman Kumar Richhariya vs. Sonam Diwedi” under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the court of Family Judge, Champawat, District Champawat to the court of Family Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital or to the other Court having jurisdiction of similar nature. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent/husband has no objection if the present transfer application is allowed, however, he prayed that the court concerned be directed to decide the case expeditiously. 5. In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, present transfer application is allowed. Case No.86 of 2024 “Pradyuman Kumar Richhariya vs. Sonam Diwedi” under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is hereby transferred from the court of Family Judge, Champawat, District Champawat to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital with a direction to decide the case as expeditiously as possible.
