The aforesaid representation was given by the petitioner seeking for change of classification of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition from ‘Natham land’ to ‘punjai land’. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
