The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents No.1 to 3 that despite deposit of [2026:RJ-JP:9606] (2 of 3) [CW-4097/2026] expenses/charges for granting police assistance for ensuring implementation of the order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaipur Metropolitan-I in the case of AU Small Finance Bank Limited Vs. Mohammed Firoz and Ors., in Civil Miscellaneous Case No.61/2025, passed under the provisions of Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act of 2002’), the necessary police assistance has not been provided. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14449/2025, titled as Tyger Home Finance Private Limited Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors., wherein it has been held that under no circumstances the respondents No.1 to 3 can require the bank to deposit any expenses towards police assistance for taking possession of the secured assets in terms of the provisions of Section 14 of the Act of 2002 and consequently, the directions issued for depositing such expenses for police assistance were set aside. 3. Learned counsel further submits that in the present case, the petitioner has even deposited the amount demanded by the respondents No.1 to 3, amounting to Rs.76,037/- on 13.10.2025, pursuant to which directions were issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters) on 31.10.2025. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 does not dispute the factum of the orders passed by this Court as well as the deposit of aforesaid amount by the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to ensure immediate compliance of the order dated 04.03.2025 read with the order dated 31.10.2025, and to provide necessary police assistance to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of service of the certified copy of this order. 6.
