For Petitioner(s): Ms. P.Divya for Ms. A.Banumathy ORDER This civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.30 of 2021. 2. The first respondent herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit for partition and other reliefs. Pending suit, the petitioner herein/ first defendant filed I.A.No.2 of 2024 seeking rejection of plaint. Though the said application has been filed as early as on 14.10.2024, enquiry in the said petition is not yet over. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court. 3. A perusal of the petition and order in I.A.No.2 of 2024 filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the contesting first respondent/plaintiff filed her counter as early as on 10.06.2025 and thereafter, the said application has been simply adjourned for enquiry, without any further progress. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 871 of 2026 4. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties were already completed as early as in June 2025 and there is no substantial progress thereafter, this court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.30 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
