This is civil transfer application filed by the applicant/wife seeking transfer of Original Suit No.34 of 2025 “Naveen Singh Bohra vs. Harita Bohra” under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital to Family Court at Pithorgarh, District Pithoragarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unemployed and has no source of income. He further submits that the applicant’s parents had died and the distance between Pithoragarh to Haldwani is approx. 186 kms and therefore it is very difficult for the applicant to travel such a long distance alone and to appear before the court at Haldwani on each and every date. 5. That apart, it is also submitted that the respondent/husband also lives in Pithoragarh and works as an automotive part retailer but only to harass the applicant/wife, he has filed the present case at Haldwani court. Thus, it is prayed that the case be transferred to Pithoragarh. 6. Considering the entire conspectus of things, present civil transfer application is allowed.
