Learned counsel for the respondent No.5-Shri Saurabh Kumar Sharma has produced before us a copy of the Marriage Registration Certificate dated 12.02.2026 issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh (Department of Planning, Economics & Statistics) to canvass that Ms. “N.M.” is married to him. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this habeas corpus petition. The habeas corpus petition is dismissed accordingly.
