No.214 of 2026 in Crl.A. No.71 of 2026 by the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the stipulated period has already expired and that the Petitioner is only seeking an extension of time for depositing 5% of the compensation amount. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of by granting one week's further time to the Petitioner to deposit the said amount before the learned Trial Court.
