The Insurance Company is represented by Ms. Hena Heflongbar, Deputy Manager, New India Assurance Company Limited. 3. The claimants, namely, (1) Manjul Hoque, (2) Surubhan @ Surat Bhan, and (3) Abida Prabin are present along with Mr. P. P. Das, the learned counsel for the claimants. 4. The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of Rs. 31,80,000/- 5. The Insurance Company shall deposit the agreed amount before the Registry of this Court within a period of 45 days from the date of this or- der. Page No.# 3/3 6. The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- made by appellant the Insurance Company at the time of filing of the appeal would be refunded to the In- surance Company by the Registry after proper verification. 7.
