Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of order dated 12.02.2026 in Writ Petition (S) No.1693 of 2026, petitioner is permitted to join at his earlier place of posting, however, salary is not 2 / 2 paid to petitioner from the date of his relieving till the date of his re- joining at earlier place of posting. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order passed in writ petition. 3. In the order dated 12.02.2026 passed in Writ Petition, this Court has set aside the effect and operation of order dated 04.02.2026 which is an order of transfer. No further observation is made. Undisputedly, after passing of order, petitioner is permitted to work at his earlier place of posting. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order passed in writ petition, I am of the opinion that order passed in writ petition is complied with. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to file appropriate proceeding before appropriate authority for non-payment of salary for the relevant period. 6. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
