Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants/claimants praying for directing the Registry to disburse the 50% of the awarded amount (Rs.8,64,650/-) which has already been deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry in terms of order dated 28.01.2026 passed in I.A.(C) No. 4095/2025. 3. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has not objected to the said Page No.# 3/3 prayer. Hence, the prayer is allowed. 4. The Registry is directed to disburse the 50% of the awarded amount which has already been deposited by the Insurance Company to the present applicants/claimants after proper verification on furnishing a bond of amount equivalent to the amount so deposited by the Insurance Company. 5.
