On the last occasion, the Court directed the State to seek instructions in the matter. Today, learned D.A.G. for the State supplied the instructions before this Court and on this basis, it is submitted that chargesheet against the applicant has been filed in the court under Section 143 of BNS and Section 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and the matter has become infructuous. The instructions are taken on record. 4. Since, chargesheet has been filed and the matter has become infructuous, the present writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
