This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Nalchand Mia @ Lalchand Miah, Page No.# 2/2 who is apprehending arrest in connection with the South Salmara P.S. Case No. 150/2025, under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said South Salmara P.S. Case No. 150/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 57/2026, dated 28.04.2026. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in said South Salmara P.S. Case No. 150/2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with regular bail application.
