Petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain …for the petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes …for the de facto Mr. Bitasok Banerjee Mr. Akash Ganguly ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while it was alleged that the petitioner had taken money to give job to the de facto complainant, he had returned to the informant the said sum of Rs. 25,000/- allegedly taken, without prejudice. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant submits that the money taken from the de facto complainant has, in fact, been returned. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner is a part of a racket who had been taking money from different victims on promise to give job. He relies on statements of other witnesses as well. 2 Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
