These are the applications for condonation of delay in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Application for restoration of the Second Appeal and for restoration of the Second Appeal. 2. There is a delay of about 36 days. The appeal came to be dismissed by the Registry pursuant to the conditional order directing removal of the office objections. Due to inadvertence, the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated period. Further, some time was required for obtaining the certified copy.
