[2026:RJ-JP:12201] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4994/2026 Vivek Choudhary S/o Shri Dilip Singh Choudhary, Aged About 62 Years, R/o 24, Achrol House Scheme, Civil Lines, Jaipur Raj. ----Petitioner Versus Smt. Kiran Devi Pareek W/o Shri Bajrang Lal Pareek, Proprietor M/s Anupam Furniture Unlimited, 68 Suraj Nagar, Jaipur. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. R M Jain For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 24/03/2026 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the original rent application, his application for taking certain documents on record has been pending since 05.04.2025, and another application has been pending since 13.05.2025. 2. He therefore prays that the learned Rent Tribunal be directed to decide the said applications, which have been placed on record as Annexures 11 and 12. 3. Considering the innocuous nature of the petitioner’s prayer, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Rent Tribunal to decide the said applications as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournments. 4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J KRATIKA /3
