Heard Sri. Chandan B.K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri. During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties to the lis have settled the dispute among themselves and have filed a joint memo for compromise along with an affidavit. The joint memo for compromise reads as follows: “JOINT MEMO FOR COMPROMISE UNDER SECTION 528 R/W 321 OF BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA: The Petitioners and the Victim in the above case most humbly file the following joint compromise memo for compounding the offences. 1. The Petitioners is facing the investigation in CC. No.11526/2024 of Whitefield Police Station, Bangalore, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 365, 427 r/w. 34 of IPC, which is pending on the file of I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore. The matter is posted for Hearing before charge. 2. In view of the compromise between the accused persons and the Victim. Accordingly, both parties have arrived at a settlement and decided to compound this criminal case. 3. The petitioners humbly submit that, this Hon'ble court pleased to be read the averments made in the main petition as part & parcel of this application to avoid repetition. WHEREFORE, the petitioners and Victim most humbly pray this Hon'ble court be pleased to accept their joint compromise memo and permit them compound the offences made against them in CC. In the light of the Joint Memo for Compromise along with an affidavit being filed and offences not being against the State, I deem it appropriate to accept the said Joint Memo and terminate the proceedings against these petitioners in the subject petition. 5. For the aforesaid reasons, the following: ORDER i. Criminal Petition is disposed. ii.
