At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in these petitions is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No. 751 of 2021 parties being Shivendra Bahadur Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 1.2.2023. 2. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 751 of 2021 & bunch of petitions decided on 1.2.2023 in case of Shivendra Bahadur Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Shivendra Bahadur (supra) holding that since the petitioners are not having requisite qualification, they are not eligible to participate in the selection process and they have rightly been denied by the PSC.
