The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 26.09.2025, the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Jaipur (North) to the District Collector (Land Records), Jaipur/ Kotputli- Behror, has directed to record certain land in the name of the Forest Department, which he claims to be a forest land. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, makes a limited prayer that since the land in question is the khatedari land of the petitioner and no any notification, as required under law, has been issued so far, as regards the declaration of the said land to be a forest land, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the District Collector (Land Records), Jaipur/Kotputli- Behror, raising his grievances qua the order issued by the Forest Department in relation to his khatedari land. Taking into consideration the material fact of this case and the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned respondent authorities, as regards his grievances. 5. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, same may be considered and decided by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months’ from the date of submitting the representation. 6.
