Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that vide appointment order dated 24.07.2013 (Annexure P-2), the Petitioners were appointed as contingency paid Class-IV employees. Pursuant to order passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.481/2015 (Prakash -3- Dansena and others Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh and others and other bunch of Writ Appeals) decided on 03.10.2018, the Respondents passed impugned order dated 20.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) and granted the pay scale of Rs. 4750- 7440 + 1300 (Grade Pay) w.e.f. 2016 to the Petitioners who were completed three years of services from the date of their joining and now the Petitioners are getting salary accordingly. The Counsel further submits that though the Petitioners are getting salary as per order dated 20.09.2021 and 19.05.2022 but, they are also entitled to get arrears from the year 2016 to 2021. For that, the Petitioners have made several representations before the authorities, but the same have not been decided till date. Therefore, it is prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation before Respondent/competent authority raising all grounds which they raised in the instant petition and after filing such representation, Respondent/competent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously and any outer limit may also be fixed by this Court for the aforementioned purpose. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the State not opposes the limited prayer made by learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of Counsel appearing for the parties, without entering into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation before Respondent/competent authority raising all grounds which they mentioned in the instant petition within 'three weeks' from today and after filing such representation, Respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within '45 days' from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with relevant rules and law.
