DATE : 04.09.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner No.1 – Management runs petitioner No.2 – Ashram Shala. The grievance of the petitioners is that petitioner No.2 is being run without adequate teaching and non-teaching staff, as the sanctioned posts are lying vacant for want of permission from respondent Nos.2 and 3 to fill up the said posts. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the proposal dated 08.01.2025, which is at record page No.34 (Annexure-VI), submitted by the petitioners seeking permission to fill up the sanctioned posts lying vacant. Since no action was taken by the respondents, the petitioner – Management submitted reminder representations dated 04.05.2026 and 04.06.2026. As no decision is communicated to the petitioners either granting or rejecting the permission sought, the petitioners have approached this Court. 2026:BHC-NAG:11755-DB 107.WP.6941.2026 2/2 4. Ms. Jachak, learned Additional Government Pleader, submits that, if the aforesaid representations are not yet decided, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall take a decision thereupon within a period of three months from today. 5. Since the petitioners have made an innocuous prayer, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representations dated 08.01.2025, 04.05.2026 and 04.06.2026, on their own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today. 6. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. (RAJ D. WAKODE, J.)
