Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed impugned transfer order dated 31.07.2023, Annexure P-1, in terms whereof, the petitioner was transferred from GSSS Dangar, District Bilaspur to GSSS Jamni, District Mandi. 2. A perusal of the record demonstrates that in light of the fact that the petitioner had just about completed his normal 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:5989 tenure when the transfer order was passed, no stay was granted against the said transfer order. Thus the transfer order has been given effect to. 3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the order passed by this Court on 18.10.2023, submitted that the transfer order is per se bad in the eyes of law. 4. This Court is of considered view that in light of the fact that transfer order was dated 31.07.2023 and much water has flown down the river since then, more so, in light of the fact that no stay was granted in favour of the petitioner, this petition has lost its efficacy and accordingly dismissed. However, closure of this petition should not be construed as this Court has made any observation with regard to the legitimacy of the transfer order.
