….for the State This Court finds no justification to entertain the writ petition at this stage. The petitioner alleges that unauthorized construction has been undertaken at the behest of respondent nos. 9 to 11. However, it appears from the order dated November 10, 2025, passed by the Pradhan, Begampur Gram Panchayat, that no construction has yet been undertaken; only ten columns had been erected long ago.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that respondent nos. 9 to 11 have obtained a sanctioned building plan from the Gram Panchayat, but no fresh construction work has commenced pursuant thereto.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, in the event respondent nos. 9 to 11 undertake any construction in violation of the sanctioned plan. Accordingly, W.P.A. 29120 of 2025 stands
