Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already complied the notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and in view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent State has got no objection for same. 4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
