In compliance to the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023 the Committee of Management of the institution sought permission to advertise the post and the permission was granted on 06.10.2025 and pursuant thereto the advertisement was published after approval and the application has invited in the daily newspaper having wide circulation and thereafter the District Education Officer (Elementary Education) communicated by order dated 06.12.2025 that the list of eligible and uneligible candidates has been prepared and is being sent and request to fix the date for interview and for appointment of observer. A further reminder was sent by the Management on 26.12.2025 but no response has been given by the District Education Officer. 4. The question is if in compliance to the order passed by the High Court permission was given to the Committee of Management to issue the advertisement then why the District Education Officer is not responding to the letter dated 06.12.2025 and 26.12.2025. 5. Mr. Parikshit Saini pointed out that if the selection process is not concluded within 90 days from the date of the advertisement then entire process will close and a fresh selection process will be commenced by issuing fresh advertisement. 6.
