The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2019, passed in CM(M) 374/2019. CONT.CAS(C) 389/2026 4. Ex-facie, the petition is barred by virtue of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 having been instituted much after the prescribed period of limitation. 5. It also transpires that the civil suit pertaining to the controversy in the background of which the order dated 10.10.2019 was passed is still pending. 6. In case the petitioner has any grievance on account of an infraction of the order passed in the civil suit or of order dated 10.10.2019, the petitioner would be entitled to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief. 7.
