It also transpires that the civil suit pertaining to the controversy in the background of which the order dated 10.10.2019 was passed is still pending. 6. In case the petitioner has any grievance on account of an infraction of the order passed in the civil suit or of order dated 10.10.2019, the petitioner would be entitled to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief. 7.
