Since the same has not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 17 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 17 is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the 1st respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 17, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 1st respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 2nd respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
