1. Heard the parties.
2. The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No.50 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69 & 89 of the B.N.S 2023 and Sections 3(1)(w)(i) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The case is presently pending in the court of the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Jamtara.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that both the parties are major. Even the allegation shows that they were in consensual relationship from 2013. Thus, the entire allegation is nothing but pressure tactics for the purpose of marriage. Further, the appellant is in custody since
24.07.2025. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that on the false pretext of marriage, a person of the weaker section of society, has been abused.

Considering the above facts, the appellant named above, is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No.50 of 2025, subject to the condition that the appellant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his

6. In the result, the present criminal appeal stands allowed and accordingly, disposed of.
