As the office objections were not removed within the stipulated period, the appeal came to be dismissed by the Registry. A conditional order had been passed directing removal of the office objections; however, due to oversight, the same could not be removed within the stipulated period. After obtaining the certified copies, the appellant approached the Registry and came to know that the appeal had already been dismissed. 2. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Second Appeal is restored to its original stage, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
