Heard Sri Dan Bahadur, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dhananjay Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for respondent no.3, Gaon Sabha. 2. The Grievance of the petitioner herein is that on an application filed by one Ram Kailash and others under Section 24 of the U.P Revnue Code. On 08.04.2020, an order was passed and in pursuant thereto the installation of pillars was done on 06.06.2022. Thereafter, it is alleged that some private persons have removed the demarcation marks and pillars so installed regarding which an FIR was also lodged on 05.07.2022 in which the final report has been submitted in the court concerned on 01.01.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application before the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Prayagraj to re-install the pillars after due demarcation. 3. In the instructions received by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, it is stated that at present there is water logging on the land in question and after the water is subsidized, necessary exercise of re-installation of the pillars shall be done. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Prayagraj to do the needful in the matter within a period of two months Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dan Bahadur Counsel for Respondent(s) : Azad Rai, C.S.C.
