Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner is the plaintiff of Original Suit No.100 of 2018 filed in the year, 2018. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the suit is pending since 2018 and the issues has yet not been framed. He submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and 65 years old, therefore, the suit may be expedited. 4. The prayer as sought in the writ petition appears to be innocuous. 5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned IInd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No.100 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
