When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is a history- sheeter involved in ten cases. That apart, he is also an accused in P.R.C. No.13 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. He further submitted that the respondent police are only attempting to serve summons on the petitioner and are not harassing him. 3.
