Payal Vishwas @ Payal Vishwasi, and Ritil Rastogi, S/o Anokhe Lal are praying for adequate protection since there is regular threat from respondent nos. 3 to 5 who are brothers of petitioner no. 1. 4. It is contended in the petition that both the petitioners are major and belongs to different religion and were in love and now both of them married with each other. Certain photographs have also been annexed about marriage. In support of age, Aadhar Card and High School Certificate are also enclosed. It is also contended that petitioner no. 2 already get divorce from his earlier marriage. 5. The petitioners are present in Court and identified by their respective counsel. 6. Ms. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State have not disputed the age of the petitioners. 7. Admittedly, both the petitioners are major and , now married with each other though their marriage is not registered, in such an eventuality the local administration is under legal obligation to take appropriate steps. 9. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the S.S.P. Udham Singh Nagar to assess the threat perception if any to the petitioners from respondent no. 3 to 5, and if comes to the conclusion that there is any threat then take appropriate steps.
