Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. This is a case of road robbery. Tablet of Samsang Company was robbed from the informant, who is collecting agent. The same was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
