Heard the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. I. Jamir who had submitted that the delay has been caused due to un- favourable law and order situation in the State of Manipur as the ap-
Page No.# 2/2 plicant could not travel to Meghalaya to meet the previous owner to obtain necessary documents. It is also stated that in view of the winter break of the Gauhati High Court, Kohima Bench from 13.12.2025 to 13.01.2026 the connected revision petition could not be filed. It is also stated that delay is caused due to the facts and circumstances which is beyond the control of the applicant and there is no willful delay on the part of the applicant. The learned Government Advocate Mr. V. Zhimomi en- tered appearance for the State respondents and has no objection if the delay is condoned. This Court is of the opinion that the delay has been sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the delay of 27 days is condoned and the application is allowed. I.A. stands disposed of.
